Office Divvy
is owned and managed by Sim Taing, Kayhan Ekinci, and Lisa Schenone
Ekinci. As professionals who understand and apply working remotely on a
daily basis, the managing partners have built a second to none
office-sharing concept for Office Divvy.
Lisa Schenone Ekinci
Lisa is an
executive with expert skills in project management and team leadership.
In her roles with several large companies Lisa has been able to win
business and then effectively manage and motivate people to deliver
their best work in fast-paced and challenging environments. Lisa
specializes in Project Planning and Management; RFP Development and
Vendor Selection; Requirements Gathering and Refinement; Proposal and
Presentation Development; Change Management; and Process Mapping and
Improvement.
Sim Taing
Sim is an Executive for a Global Enterprise Software Company,
responsible for sales and professional services in the Eastern United
States. Since 2004, Sim has made numerous business investments in Palm
Coast, including investment properties and establishing area small
businesses. He is a major partner in "The Humidor," located in the
European Village and Destination Daytona.
Kayhan (Ky) Ekinci
Ky's career in the travel industry has spanned the globe. He has
held senior management positions with several well-known national
companies in the U.S., and has been responsible for numerous large
projects as an executive, including one of the biggest United Nations
events in the world. He is currently a Management Consultant for an
international tour operator specializing in Ancient and Exotic Lands
worldwide. Kayhan has a master's degree from Cambridge College in
Management.
