We know that one of the first barriers a food entrepreneur will face is trying to find a commercial kitchen to produce food – legally.  We have received requests from people all over, just like you, who want to cook freely, creatively, and legally, with other like-minded businesses, chefs, food producers, being able to exchange advice, build camaraderie, and share in the reduced cost of operation. 

At this time we’re working on plans to launch a commissary kitchen in Palm Coast and wanting to unearth those who could be potential members of such a service

If you are a current or aspiring foodpreneur then you came to the right place!

Step 1: Office Divvy is currently accepting Non-Binding Letters of Intent ​from​ ​individuals​ ​and​ ​companies who are expressly and substantially ​interested​ ​in pursuing​ ​this collaboration. In your Non-Binding​ ​Letter of Intent please tell us about who you are, what you do, and your product.  Include anything else that you would want us to know about what has brought you to this juncture and how you envision yourself contributing/utilizing a commercial kitchen.

Step 2: You will be sent, to the email provided, a confirmation of receipt of your Non-Binding Letter of Intent.  We want you to know that we got it!

Step 3: Those ​that​ ​have​ ​submitted​ ​their Non-Binding Letter of Intent ​will​ ​be​ ​the ​first​ ​we​ ​reach​ ​out​ ​to as we begin our discovery process.
