Wednesday, February 1, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
FreeAsk yourself this:
• Are you being choked by your digital leash?
• Are you overwhelmed by your to-do list?
• Would you like to have more quiet time in your mind
• Would you like to easily incorporate calm into your day?
Distraction has become a way of life. We are constantly interrupted by people, tasks, and electronics tugging at our attention, and we can’t seem to focus for any length of time. Would you like to change this? To go from Frantic to Focused?
This presentation will teach you easy, sustainable ways to increase your mindful awareness in your work as well as your entire life.
What is mindful awareness?
It is to be completely focused on the present moment without judgment.
Why mindful awareness?
It is a powerful skill that allows you to be focused, curious, creative, and flexible in your decision making.
In this presentation, you will learn how our culture keeps us in a constant state of “flight or fight” and how being in this state not only interrupts our ability to pay attention to what is important, but also erodes our health and our relationships with others, both at home and at work.
• Experience mindful awareness.
• Receive easy to use tools to incorporate increasing your awareness skills every day.
• Know which apps are useful for adding mindful awareness to your day.
• Receive a free 10 minute MP3 mindfulness practice session with Pam.
