Born on November 30th, 1924, and passed on to eternity on January 1st, 2005, Shirley Chisholm was a humanitarian, a politician, and she still holds a dynamic list of firsts.
She was a trendsetter before her time. Chisholm’s legacy focused on the equal rights of women, children, family, and education.
On November 30th, join us as we celebrate Shirley Chisholm and her legacy on her birthday. This private event includes networking, your copy of a limited edition reproduction of original art piece by Ron Bryant, light eats and refreshments and the screening of the famous Chirley Chisholm 1972 Presidential Campaign documentary, Unbought & Unbossed ’72
