An All-Inclusive, Furnished, Equipped, Wired, and Staff Office and Business Location in Palm Coast for one monthly fee!

With affordable, all inclusive plans, both new and existing businesses can be off and running immediately.

Our list of members both inside and outside of the area continues to grow with members that are establishing Palm Coast and Flagler County as their primary or satellite office location.

Our members include businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs locally but even beyond: from as far north as New York, as far West as Texas, and as far South as Fort Lauderdale, as our member footprint continues to grow.

To become a member, here’s what’s required:

  • Sign and return the proposal (if you’ve received one)
  • Complete Membership Agreement and all attached schedules
  • Provide credit card information
  • Once we receive the package and execute (countersign) the agreement, you’re good to go!

What are the onboarding fees?

  • Setup/Annual Fee: $100
  • Deposit: $150
  • First Month’s Fee per your subscription level
  • Last Month’s Fee per your subscription level

Total amount (as well as monthly amounts) are subject to sales tax, unless your organization is tax-exempt (in which case please send us a copy of your tax exempt certificate).

So what’s next?

You’ve already received the proposal in your inbox. The proposal outlines the total onboarding fee due, along with the monthly fee there after (subject to upgrades/downgrades).

Please print a copy of the proposal, initial where shown and sign the last page, and return it to us, along with the rest of the documents, outlined below.

Main Agreement
Office Divvy is a membership model. This agreement is in lieu of a lease.

There are no long term commitments. Once the minimum commitment is satisfied (please refer to the proposal you’ve received by email), if you’d like to cancel, all we need is one full month’s written notice.

Credit Card Authorization Form
Monthly fees are paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We will charge your total onboarding fee at the time membership begins and setup a monthly subscription to repeat monthly from thereon.

After that you will always receive a digital copy (PDF) of your invoice or receipt via email. Now, please download the credit card authorization form or click to view and print, complete all required fields, and sign where indicated, and return it to us with the rest of the documents.

Schedule A
Schedule A is the PROPOSAL you have received which gives you the specific tier of membership and outlines the different levels of membership pricing.  It is the first addendum to your agreement.

If and when there is an update to pricing per Schedule A, we will inform you — though this rarely happens.  Schedule A is not a downloadable file. Please refer to the Proposal you’ve received, instead. We will need you to and initial at the bottom, sign where indicated and return it to us with the rest of the documents.

Schedule B
Schedule B indicates additional rules and regulations each member must agree to.

Because we’re a cooperative space model, there are certain considerations to sustain a collaborative, courteous community where members can have certain understanding and expectations with and from each other. Schedule B outlines documents this understanding.   Please download the Schedule B or click to view and print it, complete all required fields and sign at the bottom and return it to us with the rest of the documents.

Schedule C
Schedule C is your contact information and emergency contact (in case we need to reach out in the unlikely case of an urgent matter).

Depending on your membership level, if there are additional people under your organization or business entity, then they each should fill out their own Schedule C.  If this is the case, we will ask you to coordinate that with those folks and return all Schedule Cs to us within your complete documents package.

How to return these documents to us?

You may not use our address in any capacity, before you’re fully onboarded. The use of address is a paid membership privilege. The address we will assign to your company may have other descriptive suite-number details. Fully executed agreement (our counter-signed copy) along with the initial onboarding fees must be in place before we advise you of what address/suite no. to use in a Welcome Package.

Once we receive the documents, we will execute the agreement (counter-sign), charge your credit card for the total onboarding fee, and you’re officially a member with a business location and offices in Palm Coast!  We will provide a copy of the executed documents along with a Welcome Package.
